Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking. By securing a session with Linda Grant Photography, you agree to the following:
1. Booking & Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your session.
Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made:
- 14 days or more before your session: Full refund of any additional payments made (excluding the deposit).
- 7–13 days before: 50% refund of any additional payments made.
- Less than 7 days before: No refunds.
Rescheduling may be accommodated once, subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
3. Image Delivery
Final edited images will be delivered via an online gallery within 7–14 working days.
Image turnaround times may vary slightly during peak seasons.
Additional images and edits can be purchased separately.
4. Creative Direction
Clients are welcome to share inspiration, preferences, or reference images prior to the session.
However, all sessions are photographed and edited in Linda Grant Photography’s signature style.
Final image selection and editing are at the photographer’s discretion.
5. Edits & Revisions
One round of minor adjustments (such as light or colour corrections) is included if requested within 7 days of delivery.
Additional retouching or extensive edits will be quoted separately.
Re-shoots are not included and will be treated as a new booking.
6. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for the session.
Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time.
Specific shots or poses must be communicated in advance or during the session, and cannot be guaranteed otherwise.
7. Usage Rights
Linda Grant Photography retains full copyright of all images.
Clients are granted a personal-use license to download, share, and print their images.
Images may not be altered, edited, or sold without prior written consent.
8. Portfolio & Sharing
Selected images may be used for portfolio, website, and social media purposes.
If you prefer your images to remain private, this must be requested in writing at the time of booking.
9. Liability
While every care is taken, Linda Grant Photography is not liable for circumstances beyond control, including weather, illness, or unforeseen disruptions.
In the unlikely event of total image loss due to technical failure, liability is limited to a full refund.
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during the session.
10. Acceptance
By booking a session, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
