Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking.
By securing a session with Linda Grant Photography, you agree to the following:
1. Booking & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
The balance must be settled before or on the day of the shoot.
Deposits are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
14 days or more before the shoot: Full refund.
7–13 days before the shoot: 50% refund.
Less than 7 days before the shoot: No refund.
Rescheduling may be offered subject to availability.
3. Image Delivery
Edited images will be delivered digitally within 7–14 working days of the shoot.
Additional editing requests beyond the agreed package can be purchased separately.
Final image selection and editing style are at the photographer’s discretion.
4. Client Responsibility & Shoot Expectations
Clients are encouraged to provide clear guidance, ideas, or reference images before the shoot. This ensures the photographer understands the style and outcome desired.
If no guidance is provided, the photographer will use their professional judgment, and refunds/re-shoots will not be offered for creative differences.
Missed or unrequested shots cannot be guaranteed if they are not discussed prior to or during the session.
5. Editing & Revisions
Each session includes one round of reasonable adjustments (e.g., light or color tweaks) if requested within 7 days of delivery.
Requests for additional edits, heavy retouching, or multiple re-edits will be billed at the current editing rate.
Re-shoots may be arranged if necessary but will be treated as a new paid booking.
6. Usage Rights
Clients may use the images for personal use, portfolios, or business use (depending on the package booked).
The photographer retains full copyright to all images.
Images may not be altered or resold without written permission.
7. Social Media & Portfolio Use
By booking a session, clients grant Linda Grant Photography permission to use selected images for marketing, social media, website, and portfolio purposes.
Clients who prefer their images not be shared must request this in writing at the time of booking.
8. Liability
Linda Grant Photography is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to, weather, illness, equipment failure, or access restrictions.
The client accepts full responsibility for their property and belongings during the session.
The photographer will exercise reasonable care but is not liable for accidental damage, breakage, or loss of property.
